Knock, knock...

It was Monday night, we were all gathered in the family room finishing our FHE (24 and Medium) when there was a knock at the door. Lauren went to answer, and this is what she found.

Yes, it's that time of year at Mountain View High School when the boys are anxiously awaiting being asked to Sadie Hawkins, and B has officially been asked!

The front of the bucket says "You've reached 'Balla' Status...SADIES?"

Then each of the balls have things written on them, so you squish the ball and see what it says.

After reading all the balls, the bucket was empty and there was still no name of who it was that was asking him. On the inside of the bucket it said "Keep looking".
B said, "Keep looking? There's no where else to look...except the bottom!"

He turned over the bucket and very happily read the name Chloe! He's so excited! Now the trick will be to come up with an equally fun way to answer her.

Yesterday after school, Chloe and Caleb came over with bikes and they all went on a bike ride. Oh, the advantages of living in Arizona in the winter! Because B still has double vision, he's not allowed to drive anything, so Caleb suggested the tandem bike. Thanks Caleb! The bike ride was followed by cookies and watching "The Office." Good friends, good fun!
